Accessibility
The Albany Entertainment Centre aims to be accessible and welcoming to all.
Access to the Princess Royal Theatre stalls wheelchair locations are via Stalls Doors 1 & 2 which are on the same level as the foyer and box office. Access to the Circle wheelchair locations are via Circle doors 3 & 4 which are accessed via the lift in the foyer (next to the box office).
The Kalyenup Studio is accessed from the ground floor foyer on the harbour side.
The Hanover Room on the 1st Floor is accessible via a lift located on the ground floor foyer on the harbour side of the building (not the main lift providing access to the Circle).
The Centre is accessible to people with impaired mobility.
A Hearing Aid loop for deaf and hearing impaired people is available in the Princess Royal Theatre.
It is recommended that people with special requirements state their needs when booking tickets.
Our usual facilities include:
- Four ACROD parking bays located in the car park adjoining the main foyer entrance
- Wheelchair access is on the ground floor through the main automatically opening glass entrance doors on the northern city side of the foyer
- The Venue Box office in the foyer has a wheelchair accessible counter.
- Universal accessible toilet available on the ground floor. This room also contains baby change facilities
