Events and Functions
His Majesty’s Theatre is a stunning example of Edwardian heritage architecture and is believed to be the only remaining working Edwardian theatre in Australia.
Its main auditorium hosts ballet, opera, theatre, comedy and comedy performances, but is also available for function and event hire.
The new Crew & King Café | Restaurant | Bar on the ground floor, as well as the newly refurbished Dress Circle Bar on the first floor are also available for performance, function and event hire.
The Downstairs at the Maj cabaret space in the venue’s basement is an intimate performance space ideal for cabaret, jazz and other intimate performances, as well as for corporate and private functions and events.
